SBB Medicare Delivery App is a medicine and healthcare product delivery management platform that enables:

  • Delivery agents to receive, accept, and fulfil delivery orders.
  • Store managers and administrators to assign and track orders.
  • Real-time delivery tracking and proof of delivery capture.
  • Payment collection and recording for deliveries.

3. User Accounts

  • You must register with valid personal information (name, mobile number, password).
  • You are associated with a specific store/pharmacy upon registration.
  • Your account requires approval from the store administrator before activation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Grant necessary permissions (location, camera, notifications) for app functionality.
  • Handle all medicines and healthcare products with care during delivery.
  • Collect and record payments accurately.
  • Capture delivery proof photos as required.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

5. Location Tracking

  • The app tracks your real-time location during active deliveries.
  • Location data is shared with store administrators for delivery coordination.
  • You consent to location tracking by using the app.

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
  • Misrepresent delivery status or payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology in the app are the property of SBB Medicare and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • SBB Medicare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
